Ms. Hong received a bachelor’s degree in 2002 and a master’s degree in 2005 in Geography from Northeast Normal University in China. She was accepted into a PhD program at Texas State University in San Marcos and studied there for the last two years. As Ms. Hong is planning to pursue a career in industry she decided to continue her studies in the Professional Master’s Program at Rice. Ting accepted an internship with Teledrill, Inc. in Katy, Texas and was offered full-time employment. Ting is now employed with Paradigm on the Geological Support Team.
