Ms. Leah Troskot is pursuing a Professional Master’s Degree in Space Studies with an engineering focus at Rice University. She graduated from Louisiana State University in May 2018 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. During her undergraduate degree, she swam for the LSU Swimming and Diving team, serving as team captain for two of her four years. Leah worked as a Field Engineer in the Chemical and Energy Industrial Construction industries, and then as a Mechanical Engineer in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Design industry. She enrolled at Rice University to add to her engineering background and pursue her passions in aerospace engineering, space exploration, and spacecraft development.
