Ms. Morgan Hagood graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2021. During her undergraduate career, she worked as an research assistant for the Supramolecular Sensors stream in the Freshman Research Initiative, and received a Research Distinction upon graduation. In the summer of 2021, Morgan served as a Clean Water Act - National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permitting Intern for the Environmental Protection Agency. Morgan is now enrolled in the Professional Master of Science program at Rice University with a focus on Environmental Analysis, where she hopes to develop insight on sustainable energy resources that can be implemented in the future. Morgan plans to pursue a career in environmental engineering and government policy.
