Ms. Leila Kaissi earned a B.S. in Environmental Studies degree, with a focus on Urban Environment and a minor in Sustainable Architecture, from Texas A&M University in 2021. During this time, she completed internships with SetLD Information Systems and Texas A&M Agrilife Extension-Texas Community Watershed Partners. Leila’s passion lies in ensuring that our rapidly developing world can adapt to and aid in environmentally friendly initiatives suitable for the Anthropocene. Leila has ample experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) modeling, mapping, analysis, and troubleshooting, which led her to apply for the Environmental Analysis PSM program at Rice, where she hopes to increase analytical skills.
