Mr. Olear graduated from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1983, and received an MBA from the University of Benin in 1993. He was employed with Guinness PIC until 1999, qualifying himself as an experienced laboratory analyst, quality control manager and their "World Class Program" facilitator and acquiring 15 years of experience with a multinational company. Upon his arrival in the U.S., Mr. Olear accepted a position with the Harris County Appraisal district as property appraiser and district representative. Mr. Olear's goal is to advance his career. Due to work and time constraints, Mr. Olear transferred to University of Houston to complete his studies in an evening program.
