Ms. Li received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China in 2009. She then enrolled in the chemistry PhD program in Wayne State University. Recognizing that this program did not provide the skills prepare her for an industry career, she decided to join the Environmental Analysis and Decision Making track to broaden her technical training, improve her communication skills, and gain practical training via an internship in industry. Jiao is working on a project with Weston Solutions during her internship and accepted employment with Protean Performance Solutions. After working with TCEQ, she accepted another position with Weston Solutions in 2014.
