Mr. Luo graduated from St. John’s University in 2012 with MBA degree. After his graduation, he relocated from NYC to Houston and started his career in Oil and Gas Industry. In the first six years, he focused on downstream market related with emergency maintenance. In 2018, he joined in a startup company, named Aurora Innovative Technology, which was focusing on green-house gas inspection and prevention with cutting edge technologies. Now he is providing consulting service for Aurora and supporting their NA market development. Mr. Luo wants to combine his experiences in Oil and Gas Industry with sustainable vision to help companies to shape a better world for the future. Mr. Luo has been accepted by Professional Master of Science in Environmental Analysis program at Rice University.
