Ms. Selin Ergulen graduated from Rice University in 2019 with a B.S. in Chemistry. During her time at Rice, she served as President of the Rice Equestrian Team and did undergraduate research at the Marti Lab. She initially worked on the synthesis of a rhodamine based fluorescent surfactant for the dispersion and study of Boron Nitride Nanotubes. Her later research focused on synthesizing different fluorescent surfactants to disperse and array of molecules. Starting in August 2019, Ms. Ergulen is pursuing her professional master’s degree in Bioscience and Health Policy at Rice University in order to expand her knowledge of healthcare policy and business.
