Ms. Clarke graduated with a B.S. in Bioengineering from Rice University in 2012. After graduation, Christa worked with Unified Industries, Inc. in Springfield, VA as a Project Engineer supporting business development projects in the area of medical calibration and asset management. While in Washington D.C. metropolitan, she also interned with Children’s National Medical Center Adolescence Prevention Education Programs. Christa returned to Rice to join the Bioscience Research and Health Policy program where she plans to develop a better understanding of public health and the policy making process. She aims to gain the skills necessary to support the development of medical innovations and health programs to fulfill healthcare needs within the United States and internationally. Christa completed her internship with Medical Informatics Corp. in the Texas Medical Center and accepted another one with Texas Children's Hospital. After completion of her degree, Christa accepted employment as Assistant Project Manager at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
