Mrs. Rohanna Dodla worked with content Management Documentum Software and Escalation manager on Energy and Engineering ECM software for over 18 years. She also, worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Documentum software support in parallel mainly dealing with compliance Products and regulatory Products such as Life sciences, Energy, Engineering Solutions (SaaS) and Records solution. The experience involved effectively working with Escalated Customer site to achieve results in resolving complex production issues. Rohanna worked with various layers of Documentum, application servers, Databases and Operating systems. Rohanna has understanding of all aspects governing operational activities and up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations/ guidelines and statutory compliances in the industry. During the work at DELL|EMC, now part of Opentext Software division Rohanna coached team members in Scoping the problem, Identifying the steps for Problem reproduction, and setting the Expectation on the ticket appropriately. Rohanna extensively worked with peers in Coach meetings and assignments to bring them up to speed with product knowledge and enabling the existing employees work on new product that are being supported. Rohanna worked efficiently with Engineering teams from Life sciences solution, Energy and Engineering products (E&E) and Compliance products to identify the Bugs, Feature Request and providing Patches, Hot fixes respectively. Rohanna authored articles and review engineering presentation/ white papers on a regular basis and paid attention to details with emphasis for quality. Rohanna proofread Brownbag presentation of colleagues and engineering resources. Rohanna provided initiatives in modifying the content, data on existing confluence pages on a regular basis. Rohanna mentored new hires from different Geo’s of Opentext, Lifesciences, SaaS and Compliance products. Rohanna worked interactively with cloud ops teams to provide input to resolve the issue on complex cloud deployments and ongoing Production issues. Rohanna graduated with Bachelors of Computer science and Master of Computer Science. Rohanna has currently enrolled in Professional Science Master's program in Space Studies in order to obtain a career in the space industry and work at NASA.
