Sarah Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Biology from the University of Texas at Tyler and has over eleven years of experience teaching science in the United States and internationally in China. She later earned a Master’s in Natural Resource Management and a Professional Certificate in Global Sustainability from Virginia Tech’s Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability, focusing on sustainable development and climate mitigation projects. Currently pursuing a Professional Science Master’s in Environmental Analysis at Rice University, she is enhancing her analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to support communities in developing effective climate mitigation strategies.
