Mr. Mills earned a B.A. degree in English, Creative Writing, and Geology at the University of Arizona in 2004. He has worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Arizona as a wildland firefighter for the last seven seasons. His emphasis is on developing his practical and intellectual capabilities in science with a focus on geology and also expanding his communication and business skills for a career in exploration and extraction of natural resources. Joe accepted an internship with Schlumberger where he found full-time employment after graduation. He later accepted a new position with Repsol, and changed to Chevron in 2014.
