Mr. Austin Warren graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2021 with a B.S in Geology. While in college he participated in a research trip to Puerto Rico where he took part in a hydrogeologic study as well as a cave mapping expedition for the University. During the expedition he used a combination of software to render a three-dimensional map of a previously unknown cave system and was responsible for water sample recovery pertaining to the hydrogeologic study. After college Austin worked for a mudlogging company where he primarily worked in the Permian and Delaware basins, identifying drill cuttings and producing well logs. Austin chose Rice University’s Energy Geoscience program for its world-renowned geologic program and is excited to make his mark on the energy industry in the future.
