Ms. Catherine Valadez graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 with a B.S. in biochemistry and a minor in business. During her undergraduate studies, she assisted in research working to find a signature that distinguishes biological from non-biological samples to support space exploration. She was also a competitive gymnast for 11 years before competing for the university’s club team as an undergraduate. She is pursuing her Professional Master’s Degree in Bioscience and Health Policy to advance her knowledge of biological studies and their applications in policy and business.
